VPN guides →INCY VPN setup: downloads and adding your subscription
You can add the vpnis key you already use on your iPhone to INCY. The app connects to the servers included in your subscription: the key provides access, while INCY lets you choose a server and connect. vpnis works with INCY on iOS, Windows and macOS.
DNS leaks explained: how to check your VPN
A DNS leak happens when requests used to find websites travel outside your VPN connection. Your internet provider may then receive those requests even while the VPN is connected. You can check in a browser, but an unfamiliar server name in the results does not prove a leak.
How to set up a VPN on Mac and check the connection
Start with your VPN provider's official Mac instructions: they tell you which app to install. You can also use the built in macOS settings if your provider supplies the details for that method. A VPN name or website link alone is not enough for manual setup.
How to set up a VPN on Windows and check the connection
On Windows, the usual route is the official app from your chosen VPN provider. The built in Windows settings also work, but only when a provider or administrator has supplied the server address, VPN type and sign in details. Do not guess those values.
