You can add the vpnis key you already use on your iPhone to INCY. The app connects to the servers included in your subscription: the key provides access, while INCY lets you choose a server and connect. vpnis works with INCY on iOS, Windows and macOS.
Where to download INCY
Start with the official INCY website, which links to downloads for each platform:
- iPhone and iPad: App Store. The iPhone app requires iOS 15 or later.
- Android: Google Play.
- Windows, macOS and Linux: developer download page. Choose the row for your operating system.
- Mac with Apple M1 or later: App Store. This build requires macOS 12 or later.
The desktop build on the developer's download page is an early test version. Keep your existing VPN app and key available while you try it, so you can return to your previous setup if needed.
Use your existing key
You need an active subscription to connect. Installing INCY does not automatically add vpnis servers.
- Open the vpnis bot and select “🌍 Мой VPN” (My VPN). Check that your subscription is active.
- Copy the key or subscription link you use to connect. Keep it out of public chats.
- Open INCY and add the subscription by URL. If your key is an individual server link, use server link import. A server or list of servers should appear after import.
- Disconnect your previous VPN app. Choose a server in INCY and start the connection.
- On iPhone, approve the system request to add a VPN configuration if it appears after you start setup in INCY.
If the link cannot be imported, contact support through the bot. Include your device, INCY version and error message. Do not post the key or screenshots containing it in the channel.
Check the connection
Open a familiar website before connecting, then connect through INCY and open the same page again. Check whether the app shows an active connection.

To compare INCY with your previous app, use the same server and network. Connect through one app at a time and compare the same webpage, the app you need to use and any disconnections. This helps you choose what works better on your device.
If the connection fails
Check your subscription expiry date, disconnect the other VPN app and try connecting once more. On iPhone, compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. If the problem continues, follow our VPN troubleshooting steps and contact support.
Keep your previous app until you have successfully checked INCY. You will still have a familiar way to connect.
